Terms of Service
The terms for using Ostestuny and purchasing through this storefront. Effective October 8, 2026.
1. Who operates this store
Ostestuny is operated by Shanghai Yingchi Network Technology Co., Ltd., at Floors 1-2, No. 148, Lane 999, Xin'er Road, Baoshan District, Shanghai, China. Our designated owner contact is Jiang Zhikun, Owner. Store questions may be sent to service@ostestuny.com. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean this operator; “you” means the visitor or customer using the store.
These terms work together with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy. Read the information relevant to your purchase before ordering. If a statement conflicts with mandatory law, the legal protection applies. Using our site does not require you to give up non-waivable consumer rights.
2. Lawful use and eligibility
Use this site lawfully and provide accurate information for transactions and support. If you are not legally able to enter a purchase contract, ask an authorized adult to make the purchase. The shop is intended for purchasing and information, not for children to create accounts or submit personal information independently.
Do not misuse the site, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with security, upload harmful content, or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict abusive or unlawful activity in a proportionate manner. Any account responsibility must be applied consistently with applicable law and the facts, rather than used as a blanket exclusion of our obligations.
3. Products, descriptions, and generated images
Our beach-toy collection includes designs for scooping, molding, pattern-making, sprinkling, and moving sand. Product imagery is AI-generated concept illustration, including styled beach scenes. It is not photography of inspected stock. Scenery and background props are not supplied accessories unless the listing expressly confirms them. An image alone does not establish dimensions, materials, safety certification, age suitability, or packaging contents.
Read the actual description and ask for confirmation if a missing detail affects your decision. Color appearance can vary with screens and lighting. We do not rely on that general variation to excuse a material departure from the agreed description. Where product details need correction, we will address the specific issue and your applicable rights.
4. Prices, currency, and payment
Our intended sales pricing and stated shipping fees are in United States dollars. Review the currency shown in the actual checkout and the final total before paying. Taxes or other charges collected through checkout should be displayed separately where applicable. Payment processing is handled through the payment methods available in the checkout; we do not ask customers to email complete card details.
Promotions, if offered, are governed by their published conditions. A discount can change eligibility for a shipping threshold. We may correct genuine pricing or listing errors and will contact affected customers as appropriate before proceeding on materially different terms. We do not guarantee that a bank will apply a particular exchange rate or waive its own fees.
5. Orders and availability
An order submission is a request to purchase under the applicable checkout terms. Payment, order review, and acceptance or dispatch communications should be read in context. We may need to resolve an incomplete address, a payment issue, or an availability problem before proceeding. We do not promise supply based solely on an illustrative image or an administrative quantity setting.
If an ordered item cannot be supplied as agreed, we will communicate the issue and an appropriate resolution, including cancellation or refund where required. We will not substitute a materially different product without agreement. Keep your order confirmation so support can locate the transaction without requesting unnecessary personal information.
6. Changes and cancellation
Contact service@ostestuny.com promptly if you want to amend or cancel an order. Include the order number and the change requested. We will check whether it can still be made. Preparation or carrier handover may limit available options, and sending a request does not by itself confirm a completed change.
If cancellation is unavailable, the Return Policy and any mandatory cancellation rights may still apply. We will explain the relevant process for your circumstances. Address changes should be accurate and complete; we do not recommend changing country information to obtain a service that is not offered for the actual destination.
7. Delivery and charges
We configure shipping for the United States. Standard delivery costs $5.99 below a $50 discounted merchandise subtotal and is free at $50 or more; expedited service costs $7.99. Order preparation is 5–10 business days, followed by standard transport of 10–15 business days after dispatch. These stages are added together, and estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
The Shipping Policy explains tracking, delays, address errors, missing parcels, and applicable charges. We do not claim a domestic United States warehouse or duty-free delivery. Review any taxes collected at checkout and understand that relevant authorities or carriers may assess other lawful charges where applicable.
8. Returns and refunds
Contact us within 30 days after receipt to request a return. The Return Policy explains condition requirements for change-of-mind returns, the request process, the company return address, and postage responsibilities. Damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied goods are assessed according to the facts and applicable consumer protections.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return, through the original payment method where possible. A bank or provider may take additional time to post the credit. These terms do not replace a legal remedy with store credit or impose a waiver of mandatory rights.
9. Play, supervision, and care
Follow the instructions supplied with the actual product, including age guidance, warnings, care instructions, and component checks. An adult should assess suitability and supervise children. Keep toys away from mouths, eyes, unsafe water, and hazards. Do not use beach toys as flotation devices, safety equipment, or tools for collecting live animals.
General play ideas on this site are suggestions, not professional safety instruction. Inspect moving or detachable pieces before use and stop using a damaged item. Do not assume heat, dishwasher, or sterilizing compatibility without manufacturer guidance. Responsible setup also includes environmental rules, shade, safe boundaries, and gathering toys before leaving.
10. Intellectual property and links
Original storefront writing, branding, and presentation are used to identify and operate Ostestuny. Do not copy them in a way that infringes applicable rights or misrepresents affiliation. You may use information for ordinary personal shopping and other uses permitted by law. Third-party names or platforms remain associated with their respective owners.
Links to Shopify privacy tools or other external resources may take you to a separate service. That service's own terms and privacy practices may apply. A link does not mean that we control every external page or guarantee its continued availability. Report a broken or misleading link to support.
11. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains information collected through browsing, checkout, support, and optional marketing. Use the Privacy Choices page to find available controls and request access, correction, or deletion. Marketing sign-up is optional and is separate from receiving necessary order or service communications.
Provide only the details needed for your request. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or full financial credentials through a contact form. If we request information to verify an order or privacy request, it should be proportionate to that purpose. You can contact us if a request for information appears suspicious.
12. Responsibility and consumer protections
We aim to provide accurate information and a usable storefront, but access can be affected by maintenance or services outside our control. Any limitation permitted by law must be read in the context of the actual transaction and cannot exclude responsibility that the law requires us to accept.
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not use a general “as is” statement to eliminate rights relating to goods that are faulty or misdescribed. If a problem occurs, contact us with the relevant details so it can be assessed and resolved appropriately.
13. Applicable law and disputes
Subject to mandatory consumer protections, these terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and disputes may be brought before the competent courts at the company's location. This does not deprive a consumer of compulsory protections or forum rights that apply in their place of residence.
We encourage you to contact service@ostestuny.com first with the order number and a clear description of a concern, so we can review it. This contact route does not suspend a legal deadline or prevent a lawful complaint or court application. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive class or other rights where such a waiver is prohibited.
14. Updates and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes in operations, services, or applicable requirements. The effective date identifies the version presented here. A later update does not automatically rewrite a completed transaction or remove rights already acquired. Material changes will be handled as applicable law requires.
