Practical ways to manage optional tracking, marketing, and requests about your information.
Cookie and tracking choices
Use Manage Privacy below or in the footer to open the storefront's Shopify-backed consent controls. Accept permits the listed optional tracking purposes; Reject declines analytics, marketing, preferences, and sale-of-data consent through the available platform API. Essential commerce and security functions are treated separately by the platform. The controls depend on the platform loading successfully; if they are temporarily unavailable, use the privacy-choice link or contact support.
You may also block or clear cookies in your browser. Clearing cookies can remove a saved choice and affect cart or account functions. A choice on this browser does not necessarily change preferences on another device, browser, or independently operated external service.
Supported sharing choices
Visit the Shopify privacy-choice page for choices supported by the store platform. Availability and legal effect can depend on your location and the actual configuration. We do not claim that an advertising integration or legally defined sale of information is active without confirmation. If you need help with a choice that does not appear, email service@ostestuny.com and describe the issue.
Optional marketing
Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing message or ask support to stop optional email marketing. A subscription is separate from necessary order, return, and service communications. We may retain a minimal suppression record to respect the preference. Stopping marketing does not by itself cancel an order or delete all transaction records.
Access, correction, or deletion
Email service@ostestuny.com with the subject “Privacy request” and describe the action you want. Use the email associated with your interaction where possible. Depending on applicable law, rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection. A lawful retention requirement can limit deletion of particular records; we will explain a relevant limitation rather than promise that every provider record disappears immediately.
Verification and follow-up
We may ask for proportionate information to verify that a request concerns your records before disclosing or changing them. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or complete card information. Responses follow the periods required by applicable law. You can reply if you disagree with an outcome, and any right to contact a competent authority remains available.
