1. Product questions

If dimensions, included components, materials, or age guidance are important, ask for confirmed information rather than estimating from generated images. We will distinguish available facts from details still needing confirmation.
2. Orders and delivery
Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the issue. For tracking questions, add the tracking reference and latest carrier update. For an address correction or cancellation, contact us promptly; once preparation or carrier handover has progressed, changes may no longer be possible. Please do not include complete card numbers, bank passwords, account passwords, or verification codes.
3. Returns, damage, and wrong items
Contact us within 30 days after receipt to request a return. Include the order number, the item, and the reason. If something arrived damaged or incorrect, clear photographs of the item and packaging can help us assess the issue. Keep packaging while we review your request. 4. Privacy requests
